East Coast green-manufacturing company is the small company that founded in 2001 by Wieder. This company converts waste materials into ecological products that are more desirable. The interesting thing is that that company tripled its benefit since 2004 to 2007. Its income was 3.5 million in the year 2007. In 2008, the company expects to get profit that will be tripled again compared to 2007’s income.
Wieder used the secret of promoting his products by using media. Even though it is a small business, but media’s campaign yielded consumer sympathy, product allegiance, a rapid surge in sales, and renewed investor confidence. Wieder used communication; instead of hunkering down in barricaded silence, he spoke out. Big companies can use different strategies to improve their business activities but for Wieder, he found that it is only one way of making small business be known; that is media and advertisements.
It is a creative idea to earn money from trash that is considered as turning something negative into positive. Small business contributes in countries’ economy especially US and some European countries. Almost 50% of business income comes from small business activities. It is good idea that people think how they have to operate their own business especially when they have creative idea that brings something new other people cannot think of.
Wieder learnt from his parents the way they lived in their work and took decision to make the difference. His family passed in different difficulties that became like a key to open his mind while he was still young. He found out that to speak is the most important in human life. The first major lesson he learned as a young businessman was that giving free voice to his business difficulties brought salvation, elegantly reversing his family’s paradigmatic silence.
Although you can do extraordinary thing, you still need to have time to tell people what you are doing and what benefit they can get if they buy your product; value proposition. God gave us knowledge to transform the world and turn invaluable things into valuable. We still need to improve our thinking and use every God’s creature to protect and provide what society needs. It is understandable that is you turn waste and trash into product, the cost will be cheap, and people will pay less while the business still gets profit.

Brands were originally developed as labels of ownership: name, term, design, symbol. However, today it is what they do for people that matters much more, how they reflect and engage them, how they define their aspiration and enable them to do more. Powerful brands can drive success in competitive and financial markets, and indeed become the organization’s most valuable assets
CONCEPTE of BRAND
Marketers engaged in branding seek to develop or align the expectations behind the brand experience, creating the impression that a brand associated with a product or service has certain qualities or characteristics that make it special or unique. A brand image may be developed by attributing a “personality” to or associating an “image” with a product or service, whereby the personality or image is “branded” into the consciousness of consumers. A brand is therefore one of the most valuable elements in an advertising theme. The art of creating and maintaining a brand is called brand management.
A brand which is widely known in the marketplace acquires brand recognition. When brand recognition builds up to a point where a brand enjoys a critical mass of positive sentiment in the marketplace, it is said to have achieved brand franchise. One goal in brand recognition is the identification of a brand without the name of the company present. For example, Disney has been successful at branding with their particular script font (originally created for Walt Disney’s “signature” logo), which it used in the logo for go.com.
“DNA” refers to the unique attributes, essence, purpose, or profile of a brand and, therefore, a company. The term is borrowed from the biological DNA, the molecular “blueprint” or genetic profile of an organism which determines its unique characteristics.
